Recently I was trying to download Instagram from the Play Store but it was showing me an error saying Error Retrieving Information from Server then I followed some simple methods and got rid of this error easily.
Below I have shared a few working methods to Fix DF-DFERH-01 Error. You can try them one by one and I hope that you will get rid of this error easily.
Fix #1: Clear Cache
The very first and easiest method to fix this error is by clearing cache files of Google Play Store and Google Play Services.
- Open Settings on your mobile phone then head to Applications.
- There look for the Google Play Store and click on it.
- After that click on Clear Cache button
- Now click on Clear Data button.
- Once you have cleared the data of Google Play Store then look for the Google Play Services application.
- Clear Data & Cache of Google Play Services also.
- Boom! Now Open Play Store and start downloading your favorite applications.
Fix #2: Reset Google Account
If the above-shared method didn’t work for you then here is another way to get rid of Error Retrieving Information from Server error. Sometimes your Google Account can also cause the problems of DF-DFERH-01 Error.
The easiest fix is that go to Settings on your mobile. Now select Accounts then choose Google. Now open Account Preferences and tap on Delete Google Account.
Once you have deleted the Google Account restart your mobile phone and add your Google Account again. After that open Google Play Store and you will no longer face the DF-DFERH-01 Error.
